Meet The SRQ Properties Team
Jeff Casey - Managing Partner
Jeff Casey has worked in real estate for almost 20 years, almost entirely in property management, with top industry companies like Riverstone, Greystar and Weller Residential. During this time he has overseen the acquisition, operation, and disposition of hundreds of millions of dollars of multifamily real estate, as well as the refurbishment of hundreds of apartment units and the complete renovation and repositioning of dozens of apartment communities. He founded SRQ Properties in 2019 with his wife, Pam. We currently own numerous rental properties and offer third-party management services to investment groups and private landlords.
Pam B Casey - Partner
Pam Casey has worked in property management since the mid-2000s, also with nationally positioned companies. She has managed thousands of apartment units in a variety of submarkets around the Tampa/St. Pete and Sarasota/Bradenton areas. Pam oversees all our property operations.
Margi Beshore - Partner | Broker
Margi Beshore has worked as an agent in the local market since 2014, initially with Coldwell Banker on Siesta Key. She is tireless in representing her clients. Margi has been SRQ Properties' proprietary agent since our inception and joined us as a broker in 2020. Together we are authorities on the Florida real estate market. SRQ Properties is a full-service real estate firm.
